1. Can you share images of your private dining rooms?
We do have a room that can accommodate up to 16 pax. Our dining rooms can also be combined to fit a party of up to 40 guests.
2. Is the table big enough to accommodate 13 pax comfortably?
Charges are applicable for the following items:
● Chinese tea: $4.80/pax
● Wet tissues: $0.50/pax
● Pickles: $2.80/pax.
3. Are there any extra charges for items such as tea or wet tissues?
Yes, we can tailor the menu according to your needs. First Class Cuisine's bespoke dining experiences are available from $188 per pax.
4. Can you curate a menu for the individual diner based on a budget?
All diners can enjoy the exceptional exclusivity of First Class Cuisine’s private dining spaces.
A party of at least two diners is required per room, and an individual menu for each diner. Lunch is available from $68++ per pax, and dinner, $128++ per pax.
5. What is the minimum spend required for a private room?
You can make a reservation through our website and your credit card will be held upon booking, so as to secure your reservation due to limited room.
For parties with more than 12 guests, a deposit of $500 per table is required.
In the leadup to and during Chinese New Year, a deposit of $200-$500 per table, depending on the number of pax, would also be applicable upon confirmation of the reservation.
6. Is there any deposit required?
Our seasonal menus are accessible here.
7. Please provide us the dinner menu.
A corkage fee of $30 per wine bottle, and $50 for each bottle of liquor and Chinese wine would be applicable.
8. If we would like to bring our own wine, what is the corkage fee?
The reservation fee is non-refundable.
9. Can I get a refund for my reservation deposit if I am unable to turn up?
Yes, First Class Cuisine can customise menus according to diners’ needs and preferences.
10. If a couple of our guests have specific dietary restrictions or preferences (i.e. vegetarian or no-seafood diets), is the restaurant able to accommodate their individual requests?
Yes, we do have packages for all types of events, be it private celebrations or corporate events.
11. Can we host solemnisation or birthday celebrations, and corporate gatherings at First Class Cuisine?
We do not provide such services.
12. Does First Class Cuisine prepare invitation cards for private or corporate events?
We do not serve cake but we do provide complimentary longevity bun for Birthday celebration.
13. Do you serve cake for Birthday celebration?
Yes, for no-shows or late cancellations, a fee of $50 per person will be charged to the credit card on file. Hence, please kindly amend it in less than 24 hours if you have a change in the number of pax. We seek your understanding that all ingredients were prepared freshly on the day of your reservation.
14. Is there any charge if the number of guests on the day of the reservation is fewer than initially booked?
While the replacement of dishes is not allowed, we are able to change the ingredients in view of allergies. It should be noted that additional charges will be applicable for premium ingredients.
15. Can we replace the dishes in all the menus?
